As a mother of two boys, Jiayi is fully aware of the challenges pregnancy brings, both physically and psychologically.
Along with years of yoga experience, Jiayi will be able to support mummies through pregnancy with the help of pre-natal yoga, post-natal recovery, dietary recommendations and effective practices.
The program will have a focus on psychological wellbeing, ensuring mummies have a safe ,healthy and supported pregnancy experience even after birth.
